She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fougere and Alvina Fougere (Mina); her husband Stanley Pettipas (Stan); and her siblings, Exilda Poirier (Exie) and Wallace Fougere (Wallie).

She is survived by: her children, Darryl and Debbie; her sister Phyllis (Harold Paon); and her sister-in-law Doris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of N.S. or the Palliative Care Unit of the VG Hospital.
