She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Gray and Bernice Gray (Jollimore); her son Scott; her siblings, Michael "Mike" and Geraldine "Jerry" Osborne; her stepson Everett Horton; her siblings' children, Kim and Matthew; and her sister-in-law Kelli.

She is survived by: her husband Rick O'Sullivan; her son Dwayne (Roch); her stepchildren, Kevin (Betsy) and Kelly (Kevin "Burger); her grandchildren, Shelby, Dashawn, Josie, Macy, Regan, Rory, Carter, Kai and Kade; her siblings, John, Kevin (Jean), Raymond (Pam), Judy Gray and Cathy Gage; her sister-in-law Linda; her aunt Florence Harrison; and her close friend Sharon. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
