With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Louise DeBay (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Merrigan and Leonora Merrigan (Musial); her husband James DeBay; and her brother Mike Merrigan. She is survived by: her siblings, Myles and Leonora (Charles Thorpe); her aunts, Marie Merrigan and Isabel Musial; her sons, Dennis (Amy), Drew (Danielle) and Devin (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Addy, Norrie and Arlo.
