He is survived by: his father Thomas Crewe; his brother Mitchell Crewe; his mother Lavada Whidden; his stepfather Calvin Whidden; his stepsiblings, Caroline Whidden, Christina Whidden, Stuart Whidden and Samuel Whidden; and his grandmothers, Anne Crewe and Patricia Brodie. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
