Maureen Patricia Lanigan Obituary

We bid farewell to Maureen Patricia Lanigan (Halifax, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 18, 2025 at the age of 86. Maureen Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth (Peters) and George Sr. Parsons; and her siblings, George Jr. (Theresa) and Geraldine Carter (Ken). She is survived by: her brothers, Lloyd (Anna) and Brian (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Jacqueline McNeil (Riley), Cailyn, Brett and Alexandra.

A wake was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas Aquinas.
