Michael John McGrath Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael John McGrath (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 13, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John McGrath and Mary McGrath; his wife Mimi; and his sister Claire Gormley. He is survived by: his children, Janet Ivory (Bill), David McGrath (Karen) and Paul McGrath (Susan Russell McGrath); his siblings, Joan Savoie (Vince) and Mike McGrath (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Nick (Caitlin), Kelsey, Sean, Jillian (Jamie), Andrew and Jennifer; and his great grandchild Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
