With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mike Horwich (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Toronto, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mike left this world on September 28, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his siblings, William (Bill) and Mary; and his parents, Dmytro Hryhorchuk and Anne Hryhorchuk. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Sharon), Jim (Debbie), Chris (Janet) and Joy (Daryl); his grandchildren, Claire, Peter, Gregory, Timothy, Elizabeth, Julia and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Johnny and Sylvia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church (3 Dakin Dr, Halifax, NS B3M2C9).
