She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harold E. Baird and Jean Baird (Munro); her husband Ian Douglas Rae; and her brother Harold M. Baird. She is survived by: her son David Rae (Emily); her grandchildren, Mallory and Bruce; her son Douglas Rae (Nichole); her grandchildren, Julia and Griffin; her son Stephen Rae; and her grandson Ethan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
