He is survived by: his parent Ada Mae Smith (Jarvis); his son Millard Smith-Jackson Jr.; his siblings, Virgil Jarvis (Dee-Dee), Valerie Smith, Craig Smith (Colleen), Melvin Smith, Julia Hodgson, Rose Young (Greg), Calvin Smith, Crystal Peck (Larry) and Dewayne Smith; his nephew Beaulh Williams; and also, Percy Jarvis and Russell Jarvis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
