It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Millicent Rice (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Liverpool, North West, who passed away at the age of 98, on December 3, 2019. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert MacNeill Rice (Bob); her parents, Madge Forsyth-Smith (Cochrane) and John Forsyth-Smith; and her siblings, Margaret Archibald, Muriel Walker, Jack and Max Forsyth-Smith.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Lynch (Peter), Judi Rice and Cindi Townsend (Marty); her grandchildren, Kelly Legatto Gillian Lirette (Ron), Jeff Townsend (Gillian), Scott Townsend (Brendal) and Katelyn Townsend; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Brady Lirette, Ava, Sophie Legatto, Brooklyn, Harper, Parker Lynch, Benjamin, Joshua, Evelyn Townsend and Xavier Townsend; and also Tilly.
