She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Wells of Halifax and Eugenia "Jean" Wells (MacDonald) of Halifax; her son Matthew Melvin Ferguson; her brother John "Jack" Wells; Melvin George Ferguson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Boudreau (David) and Lana Ferguson; her granddaughters, Shianne Ferguson (Ben Dimock), Clara MacDougall, Natalie MacDougall and Jacquline MacDougall; her great grandchild Zaidyn Dimock; her sister Rosemary Brigley (Cornelius); and her sibling's children, Craig Brigley and Angela Brigley. She is also survived by Many cousins and nieces and nephews.
