With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nichola Margaret Precious (Halifax, Nova Scotia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nichola left this world on October 16, 2025 at the age of 46, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her parents, Anthony McGuinness and Wendy McGuinness; her sisters, Samantha McGuinness (Shawn Plancke) and Penny (Tim Church); her mother-in-law Elizabeth Precious; her sister-in-law Susan Precious (Fritz Gaerdes); and her siblings' children, Simon, Hugh, Santiago, Téa, Fiona, Pedita and Lubanzi. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Prince George Hotel (1725 Market St, Halifax, NS B3J3M3).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Run for the Cure, in Nichola's memory.
