He was predeceased by: his parents, George Raine and Edna Raine (Fenton); his brother Bernard; his sister-in-law Gunta; his father-in-law George (Ruth Perry); and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Perry (Francios) and Alice Cameron (James).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah-Jane; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Stephen Miller; his daughter Rozanne; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Cleland and George (Joan Perry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St James Anglican Church (2668 Joseph Howe Dr, Halifax, NS B3L 4E4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. James Anglican Church (2668 Joseph Howe Dr, Halifax, NS B3L 4E4).
