He is survived by: his parents, Rohan Maitzen and Stephen Maitzen; his sister Madeleine Maitzen (Maddie); his grandparents, Lynda and Richard Spratley; his aunts and uncles, Gail, Jessica Maitzen, Delia Jane Ramsbotham, Sarah Spratley, Joe Condie, Dave Spratley and Paul Wolfgang; his cousins, Mark, Claire Condie, Scott DeBoy and Boden Spratley; and his close friend Kimberly Collins.
