She was predeceased by: her parents, Vince Cosgrove and Evelyn Cosgrove (Parker). She is survived by: her husband Matt Kerrigan; her stepchildren, Joanne (Brook) and Brian (Julie); her sons, Ron Huntley (Nicole) and Shawn Huntley (Kirsten Compart); her grandchildren, Christian and Hannah; her grandson-in-law Jamil Basilio; her siblings, Sharron Hillaby, David Cosgrove (Liz), Vince Cosgrove (Liz), Fr. Patrick Cosgrove and Shawn Cosgrove (Jill); and her niece Shawna.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St Benedict Parish (45 Radcliffe Dr, Halifax, NS B3M0E1). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location.

If you really want to honour Mom, she would probably ask something more of you than flowers or a donation to a good cause.
