She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Paterson and Edna Paterson (Poulson); her husband Thomas James Bennett; and her brother Joseph Paterson. She is survived by: her children, David Bennett (Diana) of Victoria, BC, Jennifer Boyd (Julian) of White Rock, BC, Kaitlin Smith (Gordon), Meaghan Bennett and Dunedin; her siblings, Anne Mouzas (Ont), David Paterson, Milton and Ont; her grandchildren, Justin, Ian, Hailey, Peter, Emerald, Claire, Liam, Cierra, Tommy and Allegra; and her great grandchildren, Jessie and Axl.
