He is survived by: his parent Yolande Forest (Paul); his wife Ann Forest (Lane); his children, Andre Forest (Annie) of Montreal and Celine Subject (Roger) of Harrietsfield; his siblings, Pierre Forest, Quebec Forest, Jean Forest (Sherry), Marie-Claire Bolvin (Regean) and Monique Isabelle (Pierre); and his grandchildren, Madison Subject, Kyle Findlay, Nathan Forest, James Forest and Marianne Forest.
