Petronella Pijnenburg-Hoeven Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Petronella Pijnenburg-Hoeven of Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jozef Hoeven (Jos); her children, Eugène (Natalie), Joyce (Mathew) and Jørgen (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Camille (Philipp), Émilie, Frédérick, Cameron (Kaileigh), Mia, Téa, Ella, Griffon and Théo.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ja Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Saint Ignatius Catholic Church (5 Bedford St, Bedford, NS B4A1X1).
