He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Edwards and Margaret Edwards; his former wife Bernice Edwards; and his siblings, Edith, Gerry and Harold.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Edwards; his children, Glen and Melissa Dort (Jeff); his grandchildren, McKenna, Addalyn and Henry; and his brother Clifford Edwards (Kingsville). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
