He is survived by: his children, Carolyn McFarlane (John), Janice Fennell (Jim), Cape Breton and Ron; his grandson John McFarlane (Stacey Laskis); his great grandchildren, Laz and Audrey of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandson Scott McFarlane (Andrea Shakespeare); his great grandchild Ainsley; and his grandson Matthew McFarlane (Kimberley Hayward).
