He was predeceased by: his wife Marion (Cass); his grandson Andrew; his great grandchild Emmerson; and his brothers, Donald and Alan.

He is survived by: his children, James, Dorothy (Gary Clarke), Gordon (Julia) and Douglas (Lenora Bell); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Kendall), Matthew (Laura), Daniel, Shawn (Susanne), Leslie, Amanda (Dave), Tom, Benjamin (Laura), Bradford and Breanna; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Mackenzie, Lochlan, Charlotte, Harlan, Logan and Sylvie; and his brother Ken (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to St. Peter's Anglican Church, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
