It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reta Smith (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her son John; her parents, Annie Sullivan (Gill) and John L Sullivan; and her siblings, George, Alban, Urban, Eugene, Stella, Margaret, Bertha and Rose.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan and Kathy (Phil); her granddaughter Tara (Francois); her great grandchildren, Johnny, William and Ella; her daughter-in-law Theresa (Terry); her grandsons, Perry (Amy) and Paul (Marika); and her sister Mary Fitzpatrick.
