Riley Joseph Potter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2025, at the age of 30, Riley Joseph Potter (Halifax, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Riley departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Riley. Though Riley may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He is survived by: his parents, Rob Potter and Lisa Potter; his sister Laura Potter (Ian McCormick); and his son Jackson Potter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Riley later returned to Nova Scotia during the COVID pandemic and pursued his training in the electrical trade at NSCC.
