It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Britton (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on March 29, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Britton and Estelle Britton (Linahen); and his brothers, Jim, Lawrence, Gerald and Frank.

He is survived by: his wife Paulette (Curran); his children, Colleen, Sarah Purdy (Tim), Joanne Shaw (Bill), Peggy, Robert (Chrissy Lynch) and Matt; his siblings, John (Mary), Peter (Vicky), Estelle Lefurgey and Rita Britton; and his granddaughters, Emma Purdy and Brenna Shaw.
