He is survived by: his stepfather Alan McGonegal; his brother Tim Lemoyre (Nancy Summers) of Roundlake Centre; his son Joel Lemoyre (Martha Baldwin) of Cobourg; and his nieces and nephews, David, Allison, Timmy, Matthew, Meghan, Colin and Katie.

I met him five years ago when he worked as a crossing guard for my daughters' school, and more recently, he moved to a spot closer to our house. I regularly chatted with Ted while out for walks. He was such a kind soul. I think about him every time I pass his cross walk, and I miss him. He always spoke fondly about his family. We are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers.
