He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Webber and Nellie Webber (Morash); and his siblings, Irma, Nelda, Doris, Clifford and Sherman.

He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughter Rhonda; and his siblings, Phyllis, Shirley and Harley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
