She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothea Macdonald (Annett) and Donald Macdonald. She is survived by: her husband Rod Tilley; her children, Geoffrey (Charlotte), Daniel, James (Angela) and Mieka; her grandsons, Lachlan, Alex and Riley; her sister Anne Thompson (Andrew); and her nephews, Robert (Alison) and Iain (Julia).
