It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Bernard (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Alan Levy. She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Bugden (Andy) and Angie Bernard (Jonathan Jamison); her granddaughter Wren Bugden; and her siblings, Cheryl Levy, Pam Marks (Wayne), Sarah McMillan (Matt Bradley), Raymond Starratt (Pat) and Bernard Starratt.
