We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Samuel Michael Eldershaw (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Truro, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Eric Eldershaw (Bud); his brother Andrew Eldershaw; and his stepsister Aime Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Laura Eldershaw (Matthews); his mother Nancy Kennedy (Arlen); his siblings, Amy Wright (Matt), Eric Eldershaw (Amanda) and Josh Eldershaw (Mackenzie Bonn); his stepsiblings, Bobby, Kelly and Ryan; his in-laws, Robert Dempsey (Krista) and Wayne Matthews (Dorothy); his siblings-in-law, Dana, Jared, Cory, Ashley, Elizabeth and Michael; and his pet Reese. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

During the challenges of the pandemic, Sam discovered a new-found passion for craftsmanship, producing beautiful pieces such as charcuterie boards.

Sam routinely donated blood throughout his life, as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated by the family.
