She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor MacDonald and Charlotte MacDonald. She is survived by: her significant other Ron Denis; her children, Troy Benoit (Pam), Mark Benoit (Nadine) and Pam Denis (Larry); her grandchildren, Blake Benoit, Marisa Ross and Cali Ross; her siblings, Joan Barnhill (Sandy) and Ken (Pam); and her aunt Shirley MacDonald. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandi's memory may be made to The Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia who were a great source of support to the family.
