She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest Slaunwhite and Hattie Irene Nowe; and her siblings, Lillian, Annie, Dorothy, Mary, Eileen, Bernard, Harold, Joe, Roy, Warren and George.

She is survived by: her children, Allan Bernard Rogers (Robin) of Kingston, NS, Christopher, Kim and June; her sons-in-law, Leroy Thomas and Michael Mombourquette; and her children, Barry (Gayle) of Barrie, ON, Cathy of Halifax, NS, April (Dave) of Halifax, NS, Sarah Jane of Halifax, NS, Marlene (Judy) of Penticton, BC, Maryann, Rocky Mtn House of Alberta, Michael (Cara) of Dartmouth, NS and Kevin (Tina) of Kennetcook, NS.. She is also survived by 32 grand children, 59 great grand children and 15 great great grand children.

In keeping with covid restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at 11am on Thursday, 27 May 2021 in Oakridge Memory Gardens, Sackville NS.

Memorial donations may be made to the North End Community Health Centre (NECHC) or Hope Cottage.
