She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Leslie and Leah Winters; her husband Gordon Kyle; and her siblings, John Leslie and Isabel Leslie.
She is survived by: her children, John (Kerry) and Jane.
Over the years she was also actively involved in the following community organizations: Girl Guides of Canada, Council of Women, Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, Victoria Hall, Coverdale Centre, Coverdale Foundation and Windsor Elms Village.
