With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sean Hammond of Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sean had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Sean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John W. Hammond and Joan A. Hammond; and his sister Marie Hammond. He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. James Hammond (Susan) of Grand Manan, NB, Michael Hammond of Halifax, NS., Margaret Hammond Cotter (Donnie) of Lockport, NS, Crystal Hammond (Kevin) of Cole Harbour, NS, Amanda Hammond of Halifax, NS and Leila Perkins (Ron) of Moncton, NB; and his foster sisters, Marie Wolfe (Dale) and Catherine Doey of Chatham, Ontario.. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
