She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Thompson; her husband Patrick Burke; and her sons, Richard and Stephen. She is survived by: her parent Leona Thompson (Jacques); her children, Debbie (Harvey Collins) of Halifax, Beverley of Halifax, Starlene of Halifax, Ronald and Thomas; and her brother Thomas Jacques. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
