She was predeceased by: her parents, David A Gallant and Alice Gallant (Goodfellow); and her husband Norman Elwell MacIntyre. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Gillam (Tommy), Terry MacIntyre (Cheryl) and Jerry MacIntyre (Margaret); her sister Eleanor; her grandchildren, Lee, Anne (Jeff), Shawn (Tina), Michelle, Mandee (Scott), Troy, Jennifer (Alex), Stephanie (Darryl) and Jamie; her great grandchildren, Trent, Sawyer, Sarah, Mason, Lily, Brianna, Tristin, Jon and Regan; and her great great grandchildren, Kole and Maverick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Greenfield United Baptist or Nine Mile River United Church.
