He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Kate, Esther, Sarah and Alice; his brother Graham; and his stepchildren, Chris Palmer (Kate), Halifax, Alison Dunn (Matt), Mill Valley and California. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
