She was predeceased by: her husband Zygmunt; her daughter Dr. Irene Szuler; her brothers, Anton, Joe and Frank Musialek; and her son-in-law Robert Radchuck.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Szuler; her grandson Paul Radchuck (Christina); her great grandchildren, Hunter and Holton; her granddaughter Dr. Katherine Radchuck (Colin Gale); and her sister Carol Galenza of Camrose, AB..
