With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Maynard Black of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Miller (Singer); and his father-in-law Eric Ashton. He is survived by: his father Cecil Miller; his wife Katrina; his siblings, Amanda Vaughan (Troy), Anita Foster (J. C.), Kathy Deagle, Susan Caldwell, Debbie Arab (Eddy), Valerie MacKenzie, Robert Black (Gerri) and Grahamie O'Hanley; his nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Quinn, David, Jacob, Dalton, Tommy, Stephanie, Lisa, Jamie-Lynn, Samantha and Jeannie; and his parents-in-law, Linda (Mumsy) and Bill French.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hardwood Lands Presbyterian Church (8178 Hwy 14, Hardwood Lands, NS B0N1Y0).
