He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fennell and Eileen Fennell (O'Callagan); and his brother David Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughter Ashley Pilkey (Christopher); and his siblings, Frances MacLean (Joseph), Art Fennell (Margaret) and Judith Fennell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
