He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ritchie (McCarty) of Norwood, MA and Joseph Gordon Ritchie of Lunenburg, NS.; and his siblings, Brian "Scott" Ritchie and Linda Louise Youden. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Ryan; his siblings, Bonnie J. Ritchie, Martha Ritchie Kinley (Peter), David Gordon Ritchie (Wanda) and Peter Jason Ritchie (Julia); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Adam, Megan, Joseph, John, Emma and Harriet; and his former spouse Lynn Field.
