It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma King (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Hubbards, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sims and Marie Sims (Dauphinee); her husband Harry; and her siblings, Bedford (Bud), Charles, Ward, Roderick, Harry, Vernon, Shirley, Ruby, Meda, June, Madge and Rose.
She is survived by: her son Steve; her grandchild Chancy; and her children, Ally and Randy (Cheryl). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Church, 2553 St. Margaret's Bay Rd. in Timberlea.
