Verda Delores Kempton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verda Delores Kempton (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kendall Kempton. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Kempton (Stephen Moll) and Patricia Belliveau (Larry Belliveau); her grandchildren, Madelyn Belliveau and Daniel Belliveau (Halifax); her brother Dean McKelvie (Eda); and her brother-in-law Brian Kempton (Halifax).

After being Ken's devoted caregiver as he progressed through dementia, it was especially sad when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's shortly after his death.
