He is survived by: his mother Andrea Campbell (MacIvor); his friends, Sharon Fiske, Bent Nielsen, Liz Mahoney, Jimmy Sophocleous and Jackie Caldwell; his siblings, Katie, Hortense (Gerrit), Kirsteen (Vernon), Jonathan (Lindee) and Colin; his stepmother Gina Ross; his half-sister Jenni (Gaelan); his aunts and uncles, John, Dolores, Stan, Margaret, Helen MacPherson, Brian and Sylvia; his cousins, Susan, Archie, Flora, Peter, Jennifer, Tom, Mary Ann and Christie; and his siblings' children, Bijoux, Tlell, Zoe, Colin Daniel, Oscar, Leo and Darcy.
Memorial donations to the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia (BIANS) would be appreciated.
