With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia MacDonald (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 4, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Finlay H. MacDonald and Mary Ann; her husband Daniel William MacDonald; and her siblings, Marion Carney, Nancy Raymond, Reginald and Alice Diane.
She is survived by: her cousin Henry R. Thompson; her children, Paul MacDonald (Andrea) and Jane Stevens (Scott); her grandchildren, Jordan Ash (Danielle), Nadine MacDonald, Jennifer and Nicole MacDonald; her brothers, Gerald MacDonald of New Glasgow and Judge Clyde Macdonald of New Glasgow; her sister-in-law Colette MacDonald of Ottawa; and her son-in-law Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
