She is survived by: her daughter Janet Colby (Larry); her grandson Leslie; and her half-sisters, Gail Szydlowski (late Werner) of Huntingdon and Linda Thompson of North York, Ontario..
She was very generous, donating money to various organizations and if she met someone on the bus who was down and out, it was nothing for her to hand them over a gift of cash.
