He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace McDougall and Phoebe McDougall (Martell); his siblings, Glen McDougall (Kathy), Georgina Wadden (Lionel), Janice Lahey (Wayne) and Tony McDougall (Marilyn); his siblings' children, Sabrina, Joe, Glen, Lesa, Mark, Sherry, Corey, Jennifer, Vanessa, Amanda, Kevin and Chris; and his uncle Bud.
He is survived by: his brother Dan; his children, Ann Marie Simmons (Steven), Danny (Marie), Robert, Rosalie (Cherrie Abraham) and John (Juana Paula Masiga); his grandchildren, Cleary McDougall, Phoebe Simmons, Ella McDougall, Lena, Jonah and Sacha Abraham; and his caregivers, Emily, Manny, Szerb and Dr Bobby Abraham.
