He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Loftus and Elsie Loftus (Cudmore); his son Jason; his brothers-in-law, Doug Caldwell and Henry Price; and his niece Victoria Caldwell.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel (Price); his sons, Stephen and Kevin; his granddaughter Emily Baker; his sister Charlene Caldwell (Loftus); his niece Stephanie Caldwell; his nephew Andrew Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Anise Price.
