He was predeceased by: his son Larry James Kulbeck; his siblings, Raymond, Roger, Clifford, Alden and Doris Rieck; and his son-in-law Henry Cuningham.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry James Kulbeck and Bertha Ovre Kulbeck; his spouse Pearl Trogdon Kulbeck; his daughters, Belinda Cuningham of Fayetteville and June Millard (Thomas Millard, Jr.) of Wilmington, NC; his sister-in-law Linda Kulbeck of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Lauren White, John Cuningham and Leslie Millard; and his great grandchild Emma White.
