He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Melvin and Margaret Melvin (Connolly); his son Bobby; his grandson David; and his siblings, Edward, Wayne, Tony and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Hiles); his daughters, Susan Fraser (Martin) and Karen Westcott; his grandchildren, Dustin, Melissa, Nikita, Jacqueline and Jared; his great grandchildren, Reid, Lincoln and Eastyn; and his siblings, Joan, Shirley (Mickey), Margie, Paula (Kevin), Debbie (Steve), Darlene (Dave), Frank (Stephanie), Joe (Donna), Jim, Pat (Debbie), Dave (Marg), George and Stephen (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Covid 19 restrictions will be observed.
