He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John James Beaton and Mary Catherine; his wife Cheryl (Palmer); his children, Colin James Beaton and Sarah Joye Beaton; his siblings, Ellen Richards (Garry) and John (Joy); his grandson Luca; his son Michael; his brother Gerard (Gail); and his parents-in-law, Dale and Joye Palmer. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
